Thanksgiving Dinner was amazing at the Soup Kitchen! What an amazing Thanksgiving at Someone Cares yesterday. There were so many great volunteers trying to make Thanksgiving extra special for the homeless and hungry. Chef Laurie did another unbelievable job cooking with all of her helpers. The dining room was decorated with flowers and special placemats hand made from loving children wanting to make a difference.
Did you know if costs the Soup Kitchen $1.33 to provide a hot, nutritious meal daily (as most of the food is donated). For 100 meals that is $133... less than a cup of coffee a day! Make a Difference for the Hungry and Homeless!
